Shipping policy

Each edition of The Start Society is posted via Australia Post stamped mail — untracked, sealed with love, and sent straight to your actual letterbox.

 

Letters are sent on the 11th of each month. To receive that month’s edition, you must subscribe on or before the 9th. Orders placed after the 9th will receive the following month’s letter.

 

Allow 3–7 business days for delivery within Australia. Regional and rural areas may take a little longer — that’s just the adventure of real mail.

 

Letters are sent untracked. This is intentional. Part of the magic is not knowing exactly when it’s coming. One day it’ll just be there.

 

If your letter hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks of the 11th, email hello@thestartsociety.com.au and we’ll sort it out.
